Pistons Find A Way….On Deck: RIBS!!!
It is simply amazing to me just how consistent the Detroit Pistons are. Facing a near “Must-Win” in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Heat, the Pistons did what they always do: play stifling defense, and win. Sure, they gave up a big lead, but in the end the W is all that matters.
This team just has an uncanny knack for forgetting about the last game and focusing on the task at hand. I don’t think they will win this series. I think my Cavs took a little more out of them than they had hoped and Shaq got the rest he so vitally needs this time of year. But to win, the Heat had better stomp on the Pistons and win every game they are in a position to, or they will meet the same fate as Cleveland.
Memorial Day Weekend is upon us, and for me it signifies alot. I actually start to pay attention to baseball, considering the last two months an extended spring training. But in Cleveland, it also is National Rib Cook-off time with two events to be enjoyed. I will be heafing to both and will supply my detailed review.
